Overview

Waterville Animal Resort is conveniently located on the same campus as Waterville Veterinary Clinic. We treat every pet as if they were our own family pet, and strive to make their stay with us as comfortable and fun-filled as possible.

You can specify your pet's individual needs for services such as medications or special handling and we will make sure it happens. We work hard to make sure your pet is getting the attention and exercise they need during their stay at the Resort. Your pet can partake in group or individual playtime throughout the day.

Whether your pet is here for a day of pampering or as an overnight guest, we keep our facility climate controlled to ensure your pet feels comfortable.

Drop off times:

Monday through Saturday from 8am - 12pm or 4pm - 6pm

Sunday 4pm - 6pm

Vaccine Requirements

We require that all boarders be up to date on the following vaccines: distemper, parvovirus, rabies, canine influenza, and bordetella (kennel cough) for dogs. For cats we require panleukopenia (feline distemper), feline rhinotracheitis, calicvirus, and rabies. Pets must have completed all required vaccinations at least 14 days prior to boarding. These requirements are designed to keep your pet as safe as possible from infectious diseases while boarding.

Pet Care

Our boarders are housed in individual kennels. Housemates may be boarded together if space and behavior permit. We encourage you to bring some of their toys and bedding and recommend that you bring your own food. Resort food can be provided at $4.50/day. Dishes are provided, however, if your pet requires an elevated or special food bowl, feel free to bring that.

Playtime is 30 minutes per day (weather permitting).

Cat Condos

Playtime is 30 minutes per day (weather permitting) and both group or individual play is available. If you select group play, your pet will be assessed to determine if they are a good candidate.
