Overview
Waterville Animal Resort is conveniently located on the same campus as Waterville Veterinary Clinic; with a convenient location, specialized care, and compassionate staff we are the top choice among pet owners. We treat every pet as if they were our very own family pet, and strive to make their stay with us as comfortable and fun-filled as possible. We hope that our clients and their furry family member will think of our pet boarding facility as a home away from home. We will go the extra mile to ensure that all your pet’s needs are met during their stay with us. You can specify your pet's individual needs for services such as, medications, grooming, or a bath, and we will make sure it happens. Whether your pet is here for a day of pampering or as an overnight guest, we keep our facility climate controlled to ensure your pet feels comfortable.
Why should I board my pet?
If you are planning to travel overnight for days, weeks, or even a few months, consider boarding your pet at our resort during your trip. Your mind will be at peace knowing that your pet is being taken care of in a safe and secure environment.
When should I drop off my pet for boarding?
Monday through Saturday from 8am - 12pm or 4pm - 6pm
Sunday 4pm - 6pm
Vaccine Requirements
We require that all boarders be up to date on vaccines, including: distemper, parvovirus, rabies, canine influenza, and bordetella (kennel cough) for dogs. For cats we require panleukopenia (feline distemper), feline rhinotracheitis, calicvirus, and rabies. Pets must have completed all required vaccinations at least 14 days prior to boarding. These requirements are designed to keep your pet as safe as possible from infectious diseases while boarding. We thank you for your understanding.
Pet Care
Our boarders are housed in individual cages. Housemates may be boarded together if space permits. We encourage some toys such as Kongs and will fill them daily with a special treat for your pet. We recommend that you bring your own food, if not we can use ours at an additional $4.50/day. You may bring bedding and toys. We do not need you to bring dishes unless your dog requires a bloat bowl.
Playtime is 30 minutes per day (weather permitting).

Small Kennel (3' x 6'): $28/day for first pet, $24/day for second/third
Medium Kennel (4' x 6'): $30/day for first pet, $26/day for second/third
Large Kennel (8 'x 6'): $32/day for first pet, $28/day for second/third
Feline Condo: $24/day for first pet, $20/day for second/third
Playtime
Group: $11/day per family
Private: $13/day per family
Daily Food charge is provided at $4/day
