I first worked with animals as a young boy with my family German Shephard, Heck Boy (Hector), and tending to my family horses, Duke, Windy and 4-H project Beef Little. I played and worked at neighboring dairy farms as well. Through High School and undergraduate studies at the University of Connecticut I also worked in a variety of jobs from construction, machinist, and service station mechanic to farm work. After attaining a bachelor Degree in in Agriculture and Natural Resources, I went on to working a number of farm jobs in Connecticut, Wisconsin, Skaneateles, NY, and then Massachusetts. My sister, Martha, had trained for veterinary School and then moved to Massachusetts near me. While working at a farm I volunteered at the Tufts School of Veterinary Medicine, which led to an acceptance to study Veterinary Science. I graduated in 1991. After Graduation I worked with the Burrstone Animal Hospital, Syracuse Emergency Clinic, Stevens Swan Human Society and Paris Hill Cat Hospital. Finally I was welcomed as Associate Veterinarian with the Waterville Veterinary Clinic. All the years of practice fueled by the objective of serving clients toward on of Waterville Veterinary Clinic’s primary objectives- Allowing animals the opportunity to live a Happy, Healthy, Pain-free Long Lives. It is my joy to care for so many wonderful animals, and as importantly, their owners. When not practicing I spend time with my wife Dianne and my family.
